【Abstract】 It is determined that the seeds of G. heterophylla Bunge Contain 22.12% protein and more than 41%endosperm. Analyses by PC, HPLC,IR show that endosperm contains 66.7% galactomannans with galactose to mannose ration 1:3.2. It is useful to exploit and utilize the resources of G.heterophylla Bunge.更多还原
