【摘要】 目的探讨静脉注射补阳还五注射液对大鼠实验性动脉血栓形成前后动脉血中血小板活化因子 (PAF)含量的影响。方法应用大鼠实验性动脉血栓模型及 PAF含量的生物测定法。结果补阳还五注射液可明显降低大鼠实验性动脉血栓形成后动脉血中 PAF含量 ,而对血栓形成前动脉血中 PAF含量无明显影响 ;可明显延长动脉血栓形成的潜伏期 ,降低动脉血栓的干重和血栓 -体重指数。结论补阳还五注射液对动脉血栓的发生、发展有一定的抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the influence of Buyang Huanwu injection(BYHWI) on contents of platelet activating factor(PAF) in arterial blood of the rats before and after thrombosis.Methods:The rat models of arterial thrombosis and bioassay method for PAF were applied in this study.Results:BYHWI significantly decreased PAF contents in arterial blood of rats after thrombosis,while it had no influence on PAF contents before thrombosis.It obviously prolonged the latent period of thrombosis and decreased dry weight of thrombus and thrombus weight/body weight index.Conclusion:BYHWI has inhibiting action on incidence and development of arterial thrombosis.更多还原
