【摘要】 我院1983～1993年共施行食管癌切除胃颈部吻合术248例,进行了手术方法研究,不断改进手术经路、手术方式,预防并发症治疗。结果表明:效果良好,并发症少。结论:明显优于其它手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 248 patients with esophageal carcinoma were treated by esophagectomy and cervical esophago gastric onastonosis form October 1983 to Dctober 1993 with stvdying then,the authors improved operation constantly and reinforced the preuention for post operative complicdtions as well as general nursing.The result showed good effect and less occurance of complications.更多还原
