【摘要】 为了评价和改进噪声作业工人营养健康状况,对135名接触噪声作业的工人进行了营养调查。调查发现:男工摄入碳水化合物、VB₂、VC、钙、铜不足或偏低（分别为RDA的70.14％、61.80％、55.21％、76.50％）,女工摄入钙、锌、铜不足或偏低(分别为RDA的46.77％、79.57％、79.00％;热能和其他营养素摄入量均达到RDA的80％以上,基本能满足机体需要。男、女工早餐热能摄入偏低（占总热能的14～21％）,晚餐较高（占总热能43～51％）。血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白水平低于正常者分别为17％、11％,7％（男）、38％（女）。尿中VB₁、VB₂、VC低于正常者分别为:4％、28％、71％。部分工人出现舌乳头肥大、舌肿大、齿龈萎缩等营养缺乏体征。因此,应向工人群众宣传合理营养知识,并适当调整膳食结构,使达到平衡膳食。更多还原

【Abstract】 The nutritional states of 135 workers exposed to noise was studied to evaluate and improve the nutritional status of the workers.The results showed that the intakes of carbohydrate、VB2、Calcium、Copper in diet for men and the intakes of Calcium、Zinc、Copper in diet for women were lower (70.14%、61.80%、55.21%、76.50% of RDA; and 46.77%、79.57%、79.00% of RDA, respectively). The intakes of energy and other nutrients in diet were higher than 80% RDA of those,which can meet the requirement for workers.the energy in diet from breakfast and supper were 14-21%、43 -21% of the total,respectively.the percentages of workers whose levels of total protein,albumin in serum,Hb,and VB1、VB2 VC in urine were lower than the normal levels of those were 16.7%、11.5%、7.1% (for men) ,37.9% (for women) ,4.4% ,28.3% ,71.4% ,respectively.Some of symptoms of nutriments deficiency in workers were appeared, such as swelling papilla of glossa, glossoncus, atrophy of gum. It suggested that the nutrition education to workers, and the adjustment of their dietory component should be carried out to make them get the balance diet.更多还原
