【摘要】 采用小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验及人外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变试验研究平菇的抗突变作用。实验结果表明,饲料中含5％、10％、30％、50％鲜平菇对环磷酰胺诱发小鼠骨髓细胞微核率、精子畸形率以及平菇提取物(20、40、80μg/ml培养液)对丝裂霉素C诱发人外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率均有显著降低作用(P<0.001、0.01、0.005)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes (PCE), mouse sperm shape abnormality test and the chromosome aberration test of human peripheral blood lymphocyte were used to evaluate the antimutagenic activities of Pleurotus Ostreatus (PO) and extract of PO (EPO). The results showed that the freqency of micronucleus of PCE and sperm shape abnormality induced by cyclophosphomide (CP) in groups of mice fed diets containing freesh PO (5%,10%,30%, 50%) ,and the percentages of chromosome aberration of lymphocyte induced by mitomycin C (MMC) in groups of the culture with EPO (20μg,40 μg,80μg POE/ml culture) were significantly reduced ( P < 0.001, P < 0.01, P <0.005).更多还原
