镉对作业工人RBC SOD活性影响的研究

【摘要】 用羟胺发色法测定30例镉作业工人红细胞(RBC)溶血液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,并用PEMS2.1统计软件作RBC SOD活性与血镉、尿镉浓度的相关分析,结果表明,镉作业工人RBC SOD活性显著低于对照组(P<0.01),且RBC SOD与血镉浓度呈一定负相关。提示:镉可能通过某种机制抑制或减弱了RBC DOS活性,加剧了超氧自由基对RBC的损害。

【Abstract】 The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in erythrocytes of 30 workers exposed to cadmium were determined with colorimetric method. And the relation between the concentration of cadmium in blood and activity of SOD in erythrocytes was analysed with PEMS2.1 software. The results showed that SOD in erythrocyte of workers exposed to cadmium decreased significantly ( P < 0.01) .In a way,the activity of SOD in erythrocytes had a negative relation with concentration of cadmium in blood It indicated that cadmium could damage or inhibit SOD through someway unknown by us.
