【摘要】 目的 :养血糖浆在临床上用于治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜 ( ITP)。为探讨养血糖浆治疗 ITP的疗效机理。方法 :我们首先建立了符合 ITP临床和病理变化的 BALB/ C小鼠病理模型 ,观察养血糖浆高、低两个剂量组对该模型的作用。结果 :表明该药均可提升血小板 ,并使骨髓及脾脏巨核细胞总数恢复正常 ,产板巨核细胞产量增加。各治疗组动物胸腺、脾脏、肾上腺均未见组织学改变或其他病理改变。结论 :养血糖浆用于治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜具有一定疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Examine the mechanism of YanGxue Syrup in treatment of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP),which is often used in clinic practice.Method:the BALB/C mice pathologic model,motivated from the clinic practice and pathologic evolution,is established.The influence to the model by YangXue Syrup with higher or lower dosage is observed.Results:the medicine increases blood platelet,gets right to the total number of bone marrow and spleen macrophage,and produces more Chanban macrophage.However,no change ever happened in histology or other pathology of thymus,spleen and adrenal gland.conclusion:YangXue syrup has curative effect.更多还原
