【摘要】 目的 :探讨补肾方药预防糖皮质激素诱导大鼠骨质疏松发生的机制。方法 :通过肌肉注射地塞米松造成骨质疏松模型 ,观察补肾中药对骨密度的影响 ,从骨骼中提取 m RNA,采用 RT- PC方法对 型胶原m RNA进行半定量。结果 :病理组大鼠的骨密度及骨骼中 型胶原 m RNA的表达明显降低 ( P<0 .0 5) ,而补肾方药组的骨密度及 型胶原 m RNA的表达明显高于地塞米松组 ( P<0 .0 5)。结论 :地塞米松抑制 型胶原 m RNA在骨骼的表达 ,补肾方药可通过提高 型胶原 m RNA在骨的表达而预防骨质疏松的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obiective:To understand the mechanism by which Tonifying Kingdey Recipe prevent dexamethasone\|induced osteoporosis.Methods:36 Wistar rats were divided into three groups:control group was injected with 0 9% sodium hloride solution,dexamethasone group (DEX) and traditional medicine group (TM) were injected with dexamethasone (0 1mg/100g weight )twice a week.Tm group was given Tonifying Kindey Recipe (0 32g/100g wheight)at the same time.After 12 weeks the rats were killed and the total mRNA was extracted from bone.The expression of type Ⅰ collagen was semi\|quantified by RT\|PCR.Results:the bone mineral density and the expression of type Ⅰ collagen of the rats in DEX group decreased significantly and that of the rats in TM group did not decreased.Conclusion:Tonifying Kindey Recipe may prevent dexamethasone\|induced osteoporosis by up\|regulating expression of type Ⅰ collagen.更多还原
