【摘要】 目的 :观察活血祛痰治法及其组方对原发性高血压左室肥厚 ( Essential Hypertension- Left Ven-tricular Hypertrophy,EH- LVH)大鼠左室功能的影响。方法 :采用 1 4周龄自发性高血压大鼠 ( SpontaneouslyHypertensive Rat,SHR)。检测 1 4周龄 SHR、2 8周龄自然病程 SHR以及经中药复方治疗的 SHR的血压( Blood Pressure,BP)、左室重 /体重 ( Left Ventricular Mass/Body Weight,LVM/BW)、左室壁相对厚度( Left Ventricular Wall Thickness,LVWT)、左室舒张末压 ( Left ventricular end diastolic pressure,LVEDP)以及左室发展压 ( Left ventricular- developed pressure,LVDP)等的变化。结果 :1 4周龄 SHR已形成LVH,SHR- LVH大鼠左室舒张末压显著升高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,左室发展压显著降低 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,而中药复方则能明显改善 SHR- LVH大鼠左室舒张功能和左室收缩性能 ,提高左室顺应性 ,降低左室的僵硬度。结论 :活血祛痰治法及其组方对 SHR- LVH大鼠左室功能具有一定的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Observing the Effect of Regulating Blood Circulation and Eliminating Phlegm on Left Ventricular Function of Spontaneously Hypertensive Rat (SHR) with Essencial Hypertension\|Left Ventricular Hypertrophy (EH-LVH). Method: Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats(SHRs) were adopted. such indexes as Blood Pressure (BP)\,Left Ventricular Mass/Body Weight (LVM/BW)\,Left Ventricular Wall Thickness (LVWT)\,Left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP) and Left ventricular\|developed pressure(LVDP) of 14-weed-old SHRs,28-week-old SHRs and SHRs treated by Formula of Regulating blood circulation and Eliminating phlegm were measured. REsults:14-week-old SHRs developed LVH. SHRs had higher LVEDP (P<0.01) and lower LVDP(P<0.01). Formula of Regulating blood circulation and Eliminating phlegm could improve SHRs’ Left ventricular diastolic and systolic functions,enhance the Left ventricular compliance and decrease Left ventricular stiffness.Conclusions: Formula of Regulating blood circulation and Eliminating phlegm could protect the Left ventricular function.更多还原
