地甘口服液对低白模型小鼠白细胞和骨髓造血功能的调节作用
Experimental Study of Effects about Di-Gan-Oral-Liquid on quantity of WBC and Medullary Hematopoiesis in the Model of Lower WBC
【摘要】 目的 :研究中药复方地甘口服液 ( DGOL )对低白模型小鼠提升白细胞和增强骨髓增殖功能的作用。方法 :采用环磷酰胺 ( CTX)大小两个剂量 ( 1 0 0 mg/kg、2 0 0 mg/kg)分别对两组小鼠进行腹腔注射 ,制成低白细胞和低免疫力模型 ,分组处理后 ,在不同时相进行白细胞计数及分类 ,并计数骨髓有核粒细胞及其分裂指数 ,以评估地甘口服液的升白及增强骨髓造血的作用。结果 :对大小剂量 CTX模型 ,低、中、高剂量地甘口服液均可显著提升白细胞 ,优于西药对照组碳酸锂组 ;低、中、高剂量地甘口服液可以增加骨髓有核粒细胞数和促进有核细胞的分裂 ,在疗效与剂量关系上 ,体现出正向关系。结论 :地甘口服液可明显增加低白小鼠模型的白细胞数量及骨髓增殖功能
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of Di Gan Oral Liquid(DGOL) on quantity of WBC and medullary praliferative function in the lower WBC model. Methods: Both big groups were injected by two kinds of dosage of CTX (100mg/kg,200mg/kg) into abdominal cavity. The lower WBC model were made. Each group of mice were treated separately. In order to explore the effect of DGOL on quantity of WBC and medullary hematopoiesis,we measured the quanitity of WBC,the count of bone merrow cells (BMC) and the disintegration index figures of BMC. Results: All three dosage DGOL groups (low,middle and high) could increase the quantity of WBC on both CTX (100mg/kg,200mg/kg) groups, the effect was better than that of Lithium Carbonate groups. And the DGOL could also increase BMC and enhace the disintegration index figures of BMC. And the effect of DGOL is positively correlated with the dosage of DGOL used in the experiment. Conclusion: DGOL could obviously increase the quantity of WBC and enhance the proliferative function of bone merrow in the lower WBC model mice.
