【摘要】 目的 :观察葛根素对高血压病患者血浆内皮素 ( ET)、血栓素 B2 ( TXB2 )、6-酮 -前列腺素 F1α( 6-K- PGF1α)含量的影响及其临床疗效。方法 :60例高血压患者随机分为基础治疗组 (对照组 )和基础治疗加葛根素治疗组 (葛根素组 )。以放免法检测治疗前后血浆 ET、TXB2 、6- K- PGF1α含量的变化。结果 :高血压病患者血浆 ET、TXB2 的含量显著增高 ( P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1 ) ,6- K- PGF1α含量明显降低 ( P<0 .0 5)。应用葛根素治疗后 ET含量很快下降 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,TXB2 含量降低 ( P<0 .0 5) ,6- K- PGF1α含量显著提高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,临床症状明显改善。结论 :葛根素能有效地降低高血压病患者内皮素的过量释放 ,纠正循环中 TXA2 - PGI2 平衡失调 ,显著改善患者临床症状。提示葛根素对高血压病有积极治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the Changes of plasma ET,TXB 2 and 6 K PGF 1α of the hypertensive patients treated by pueravine,and the clinical effect,60 cases of the hypertensive patients were randomly divided into two groups,that is the contrastive group,and the contral group.The level of plasma ET,TXB 2 and 6 K PGF 1α were measured with EIA.By contrast,the level of plasma ET,TXB 2 dereased,but 6 K PGF 1α increased markedly in the hypertensive patients having been treated by puerarine.The clinical symptoms improved a lot synchronously.puerarine is very effective for the treatment of hypertension,with reducing conclusively the unfavorable release of ET,and adjusting the balance of TXB 2 and 6 K PGF 1α .更多还原
