【摘要】 目的:为探讨更适合冠心病患者长期服用的药物,了解通心络胶囊对血脂、血液流变学的影响。方法:对71例确诊为冠心病的患者比较通心络胶囊治疗前后血脂、血液流变学的变化。结果:通心络胶囊对血脂、全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积影响较小(P>0.05),但能显著降低血浆纤维蛋白原浓度和血小板聚集率(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊对血脂影响较小,对血液流变学指标有不同程度的改善,对防止动脉狭窄有积极作用,适合冠心病患者长期服用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule(TXLC)in treating coronary heart disease,and find out the effect of TXLC on hemorrheology and serum lipids.Methods:71 patients sufering from coronary heart disease have been treated with TXLC.The changesof serum lipids and hemorrheology were compared before and after the treatments.Result:The effect of TXLC were not clear about serum lipids,whole biood visco sity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit( P >0 05),but it can remarkably cut down platelet aggregation and the concentration of fibrinogen( P<0.05,P <0.01).Conclusion:TXLC have lesser effect to serum lipids,but could improve the hemorrheology in varying degree,TXLC play a positive role in preventing artery stricture.and is fit for treating coronary heart disease.更多还原
