【摘要】 目的 :临床评价阿奇霉素粉针剂对呼吸道感染患者的疗效。方法 :16 0例我院呼吸科住院治疗的呼吸道感染患者 ,随机分成试验组和对照组。试验组用阿奇霉素粉针剂 2 5 0mg加入 2 5 0ml葡萄糖注射液静滴 ,qd ;对照组用红霉素粉针剂 1.0 g加入 10 0 0ml葡萄糖注射液静滴 ,qd ,疗程均为 5d ,观察用药前后患者临床表现变化及药物不良反应。观察两组药物对各种致病菌的清除率。结果 :试验组用药后临床症状明显改善 ,与对照组相比 ,疗效有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。试验组细菌清除率 81.5 8% ,对照组细菌清除率 30 .43% ,两组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。试验组不良反应少 ,总发生率 13.0 0 % ,而对照组不良反应总发生率 73.30 %。结论 :临床验证认为阿奇霉素粉针剂用于呼吸道感染的治疗是一种安全、有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective::To compare the efficacy and safety of azithromycin injection with erythromycin in treatment of respirtory tract infections.Methods:160 in patients with respiratory tract infections were randomly divided to receive once daily 250 mg reconstituted azithromycin added to 5% glucose given by infusion or once daily 1.0g reconstituted erythromycin added to 1 000 ml 5% glucose given by infusion for 5 days.Results:Significant difference in sympotom improvement was observed between groups (P<0.01).Bacterial clearence rate was 81.58% in active group versus 30.43% in control group(P<0.01)and side effect rate was 13.00% in azithromycin group versus 73.3% in erythromycin group.Conclusion:Azithromycin reconstituted injection is a safe and effective agent for treatment of respiratory tract infections.更多还原
