【摘要】 目的 :评价头孢地嗪和莫敌 (进口头孢地嗪 )治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效和安全性。方法 :采用随机双盲对照多中心分组研究方法 ,每组 30例 ,两药剂量均为 2 g/次 ,q12h ,静滴 ,疗程 7～ 14d。 结果 :头孢地嗪组和莫敌组的临床疗效痊愈率分别为 45 .2 %和 5 4.8% ,有效率分别为 90 .3%和 80 .6 % ,细菌清除率分别为 93.3%和 95 .4% ,不良反应发生率分别为 3.2 %和 6 .4% ,无统计学显著性差异。结论 :头孢地嗪治疗下呼吸道感染安全、有效 ,与莫敌生物等效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective::To compare the efficacy and safety of domestic and imported cefodizime in treatment of lower respiratory tract infections.Methods:The double blind study was conducted in 60 patients with lower respiratory tract infections.They were randomly and equally divided to receive a twice daily dose of 2g cefodizime or Modivid given by infusion for 7～14 days.Results:The cure rate,effective rate,bacterial clearance rate and ADRs incidence rate for domestic and imported cefodizime were 45.2% and 54.8%;90.3% and 80.6%;93.3%and 95.4%;and 3.2% and 6.4% respectively.No significant difference beween groups was observed.Conclusion:Domestic cefodizime is as effective as Modivid.更多还原
