【摘要】 目的 :测定利巴韦林颗粒剂的相对生物利用度。方法 :应用HPLC测定受试者血药浓度 ,求算样品与对照品 (利巴韦林片剂 )的AUC ,Cmax,Tmax等药代动力学参数 ,并将参数进行比较。结果 :利巴韦林颗粒剂的药代动力学参数与对照品相比有所提高。结论 :利巴韦林颗粒剂相对生物利用度较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective::To determine the relative bioavailability of ribavirin granules.Methods:The plasma level of ribavirin was determined by HPLC,and the relative pharmacokinetic parameters including AUC,C max ,T max were calculated.Results:The AUC,C max ,T max of ribavirin were higher than that of the control sample(ribavirin tablets).Conclusion:The relative bioavailability of ribavirin granules is better than that of the control sample.更多还原
