【摘要】 目的 :临床验证勐龙胶囊对勃起功能障碍的临床疗效以及安全性。方法 :采用随机双盲、安慰剂对照研究方法 ,6 1例勃起功能障碍患者 ,30例服用安慰剂 ,31例服用勐龙胶囊 ,2 1d后观察疗效以及年龄、病程、病情轻重与疗效的关系和肝、肾改变及血清激素水平。结果 :勐龙胶囊对功能性勃起障碍的临床有效率为 83.87% ,尤其对轻度患者效果明显 ,明显优于安慰剂。结论 :勐龙胶囊是目前应用于临床治疗勃起功能障碍尤其是功能障碍的安全、有效、使用方便的药物更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Menglong capsules in treatment of impotence.Methods:The randomized controlled double blind study was conducted in 61 patients with impotence.They were divided to receive Menglong capsules( n =31)or placebo( n =30)for 3 weeks and the efficacy and the relationship between efficacy and age,course and severity of disease as well as hormone content in liver and kidney were observed.Results:A total effective rate of 83.87% was obtained which was significantly higher than that of placebo.Conclusion:Results of this study suggested that Menglong capsules is an effective and safe agent for treatment of impotence.更多还原
