【摘要】 目的 :评价注射用哌拉西林钠 /他唑巴坦钠的有效性和安全性 ,并与特美汀比较。方法 :试验组与对照组各 6 1例。试验组予注射用哌拉西林钠 /他唑巴坦钠 4.5g ,对照组予注射用特美汀 3.2 g ,均分别加入 10 0ml生理盐水中静滴 ,30min内滴完 ,q8h ,疗程均为 7～ 14d。结果 :治疗组有效率为 93.4% ,细菌清除率为 96 .4% ,不良反应发生率为 3.3% (2 / 6 1) ;对照组有效率为 88.5 % ,细菌清除率为 93.1% ,不良反应发生率为 4.9% (3/ 6 1)。统计学处理两组差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :哌拉西林钠 /他唑巴坦钠对下呼吸道、泌尿系细菌感染 ,尤其是产酶菌引起的感染 ,临床疗效好且不良反应少 ,是一种高效、安全的抗菌药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of piperacillin/tazobactam in treatment of bacterial infections.METHODS:122 patients with bacterial infections were equally divided to receive 4.5 g piperacillin/tazobactam or 3.2 g ticarcillin/clavulanic acid dissolved in 100 ml of saline and then given by infusion within 30 minutes,q8h for 1～14 d.RESULTS:The effectice and bacterial clearance rate,and incidence of side effect for piperacillin/tazobactam are 93.4%,96.4% and 3.3% respectively;and for ticarcillin/clavulanic acid are 88.5%,93.1%,4.9% respectively.No significant difference in observed between groups.CONCLUSIONS:Piperacillin/tazobactam is as safe and effective as ticarcillin/clavulanic acid in treatment of infections.更多还原
