【摘要】 目的 :观察国产环孢霉素A(田可 )治疗再生障碍性贫血的疗效及不良反应。方法 :田可联合用雄激素治疗再生障碍性贫血 10例 ,按全国统一标准评定疗效。结果 :10例中 8例有效 ,有效率 80 % ,未观察到严重不良反应。结论 :国产环孢霉素A治疗再生障碍性贫血安全有效更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effect and ADRs of cyclosporin A in treatment of aplastic anemia. METHODS:10 cases of aplastic anemia were treated with cyclosporin A in combination with stanozolo.RESULTS:The effective rate of the study was 80% and no severe side effects were observed. CONCLUSION:Domestic cyclosporin A is safe and effective in treatment of aplastic anemia.更多还原
