【摘要】 目的 :观察前列达康裤治疗前列腺增生的疗效。方法 :采用 G 型前列达康裤外用治疗前列腺增生症患者 ,并与竹林胺药物治疗对照组比较。同时采用药效学试验方法观察自拟方剂前列达康散的药效。结果 :临床治疗组总有效率 (92 .8% )显著高于对照组 (6 0 .0 % ,P<0 .0 1)。药效学试验 :不同剂量前列达康散 (2 .5 g/ kg或 5 .0 g/ kg)均可抑制丙酸睾丸素所致小鼠前列腺增生 ,抑制慢性肉芽肿的增生 ,并可明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀 ;皮肤过敏试验表明该药未引起豚鼠皮肤出现红斑、水肿等过敏反应。结论 :前列达康药效确切 ;G 型前列达康裤治疗前列腺增生疗效明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effects of Qianliedakang(QLDK) trousers on prostate proliferation.Methods:The GⅡ type QLDK trousers was used for the patients of prostate proliferation and compared with the contrast patients used Zhulinan(竹林胺).Meanwhile the curative effects of QLDK powder by means of pharmacodynamic trial in the experiment for mice were observed.Results:The clinical effective rate (92 8%) in treatment group was significantly higher than that(60 00%) in control group ( P <0 01).Pharmacodynamic trial showed that different dosage of QLDK powder (2 5 g/kg or 5 0 g/kg) could inhibit prostate proliferation induced by methyltestosterone in mice,inhibit chronic granuloma proliferation,and markedly inhibit ear swelling induced by xylenes in mice.The skin sensitivity test demonstrated that this medication didn′t cause the appearance of erythema or edema in guinea pigs.Conclusions:The pharmacodynamics of QLDK is certain.The curative effects of QLDK trousers on treating prostate proliferation are obvious.更多还原
