【摘要】 目的 :观察中药复方消痹合剂对活动期风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 :15 3例活动期风湿性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组 92例 (口服消痹合剂 5 0 ml,每日 2次 )和对照组 6 1例 (口服雷公藤多甙片 2 0 mg,每日 3次 ,消炎痛 2 5 mg,每日 3次 ) ,观察 2组患者服药 6 0日后临床疗效、症状、体征、红外线热图像、炎性标志物、血液流变性的变化。结果 :治疗组临床治愈显效率为 80 .4% ,总有效率 91.3% ;主要症状及体征均有显著性改善(P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ;红外线热图像检测显示患者双手指关节表面温度显著下降 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ;炎性标志物检测显示血沉、C 反应蛋白均有显著性下降 (P均 <0 .0 1) ;血液流变学检测显示各项指标均有显著性降低 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。消痹合剂各疗效指标均明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。结论 :消痹合剂对风湿性关节炎活动期具有显著的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Xiaobi mixture(消痹合剂) on rheumatic arthritis (RA) in active stage.Methods:The 153 patients of RA in active stage were divided randomly into two groups.The treatment group(92 cases) were treated with Xiaobi mixture(50 ml peros,two times perday),and the control group (61 cases) were treated with Leigongtengduodai tablet(雷公藤多甙片,20 mg peros,three times perday) added indomethacin(25 mg peros,three times perday).Sixty days late, the clinical therapeutic effect,the changes of clinical symptoms and signs,infrared hot picture,inflamed signs,hemorrheology after treatment were observed.Results:The markedly effective rate was 80 4%,the total effective rate was 91 3% in treatment group.The main symptoms and signs were better markedly ( P <0 05 or P <0.01),observation of infrared hot picture showed that surface temperature of hand joits was decreased significantly ( P <0 05 or P <0.01),both erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and Creactive protein(CRP) were decreased significantly by observation of inflamed signs (all P <0 01).And all figures of hemorrheology were decreased markedly ( P <0 05 or P <0 01).The clinical therapeutic effects of Xiaobi mixture were better significantly than those of the control group ( P <0 05 or P <0 01).Conclusions:Xiaobi mixture has significant,dependable,moreused curative effect in treating active stage RA.更多还原
