【摘要】 目的 :探讨中药对急性肾功能衰竭 (ARF)的防治作用。方法 :用庆大霉素制成大鼠中毒性 ARF模型 ,治疗组给予中药参虫合剂灌胃 ,对照组用自来水灌胃 ,观察模型大鼠尿量、肾功能〔血尿素氮 (BUN )、血肌酐 (SCr)〕、尿 N 乙酰葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG)、尿 β2 微球蛋白 (β2 MG)及尿表皮生长因子 (EGF)改变。结果 :治疗组血 BUN、SCr及尿 NAG、β2 MG均显著低于模型对照组 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 ) ,尿 EGF上升时间明显比模型对照组提前 ;每日尿量及多尿天数明显低于模型对照组。结论 :参虫合剂能减轻庆大霉素中毒性 ARF的肾脏损害 ,促进 EGF合成 ,从而缩短 ARF的病程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine on acute renal failure(ARF).Methods:Gentamicin was used to establish rats toxic ARF model.For the treatment group,Shenchong mixture(参虫合剂) was used for gavage while for the contrast group tap water was used instead.Then the changes of urine volume,renal function,Nacetylglucosaminidase(NAG),β 2microglobulin(β 2MG) and the epidermal growth factor (EGF) was observed.Results:Blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine,NAG and β 2MG in the treatment group were remarkably lower than those in the contrast group( P <0 01 or P <0 05).The increase of EGF is obviously faster than that in the contrast group.The total daily urine volume and the time of polyuria were apparently less than those in the contrast group.Conclusions:Shenchong mixture can reduce the renal damage caused by gentamicine toxic ARF and facilitate the synthesis of EGF,thus shortening the course of disease.更多还原
