准分子激光角膜切削术治疗高度近视远期疗效分析
Long term evaluation of excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy for high myopia
【摘要】 目的 :评价准分子激光角膜切削术 (photorefractivekeratectomy,PRK)治疗高度近视的远期疗效。方法 :将 10 4例 183眼屈光度 >- 6 .0 0D患者分两组 ,Ⅰ组 - 6 .2 5~ - 10 .0 0D ,Ⅱ组≥ - 10 .2 5D ,对PRK术后 3年患者的视力、屈光度、角膜上皮下基质混浊进行随访分析。结果 :3年时Ⅰ组裸眼视力达到术前最佳矫正视力的为 73.3% (96眼 ) ,Ⅱ组为 38.5 % (2 0眼 ) ;屈光度在预期矫正度± 1.0 0D以内者 ,Ⅰ组为 76 .3% (10 0眼 ) ,Ⅱ组为 42 .3% (2 2眼 ) ;角膜上皮下基质混浊 ,3年时 0~ 0 .5级的Ⅰ组为 10 0 % ,Ⅱ组为 90 .4%。结论 :PRK治疗- 6 .2 5~ - 10 .0 0D的高度近视远期疗效较好 ,大于 - 10 .0 0D的远期疗效不理想
【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the long term effectiveness and safety of photorefractive keratectomy(PRK) for patients with high myopia.Methods:183 high myopia eyes were divided into two groups: groupⅠ -6.25~-10.0D, 131 eyes; groupⅡ ≥-10.25D, 52 eyes. The postoperation follow up was more than 3 years.Results:At three year follow up visit, the rates of uncorrected visual acuity equal or better than the best preoperative corrected visual acuity were 73.3% in group Ⅰ (96 eyes), and 38.5% (20 eyes) in group Ⅱ.The residual refractive error within ±1.00D were 76.3% (100 eyes) in group Ⅰ,and 42.3% (22 eyes) in group Ⅱ. The rates of 0~0.5 grade corneal haze were 100% in group Ⅰ, and 90.4% in group Ⅱ.Conclusion:The excimer laser PRK is an effective method for treating high myopia, especially for those whose diopters are in the range of -6.25~-10.0D.
