【摘要】 目的 :探讨 HL A- DR4、HL A - DRw5 3抗原与 Vogt-小柳原田综合征的相关性。方法 :用聚合酶链反应一系列引物法对 6 1例 Vogt-小柳原田综合征和 10 2例健康人进行 HL A- DR4、HL A- DRw5 3分型。结果 :患者 HL A - DR4、HL A- DRw5 3阳性率分别为 45 .90 %和 6 2 .2 9% ,正常对照组阳性率则分别为 14.71%和 38.2 4% ,患者与正常对照组之间差异有显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :Vogt-小柳原田综合征与 HL A- DR4和 HL A- DRw 5 3有密切的相关性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the association of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada(VKH)Syndrome with HLA-DR4,HLA-DRw53 in Chinese patients.Methods:Polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primer(PCR-SSP)was used for HLA-DR4,HLA-DRw53 typing in 61 patients with VKH syndrome and 102 healthy individuals.Results:The positive rate of both HLA-DR4(45.90%) and HLA-DRw53(62.29%) in patients with VKH syndrome was significantly higher than that in normal individuals(14.71% and 38.24% respectively).Conclusion:VKH syndrome is strongly associated with HLA-DR4 and HLA-DRw53 in Chinese patients.更多还原
