【摘要】 目的 :对角膜塑型术 (Orthokeratology ,OK镜 )治疗中患者出现的重影现象进行初步分析。方法 :观察随访 3～ 32周的OK镜治疗者 94例 186眼。记录主诉及问卷表 ,常规眼科检查 (包括远近视力、屈光、眼压、裂隙灯及角膜地形图等检查 ) ,对治疗过程中出现较多的重影现象作一重点分析。结果 :本组病例裸眼远视力达 0 .8以上者 ,治疗中曾先后或持续出现不同程度的视物重影 (伪影 )现象有 5 6例 ,占 5 8%。随着视力的不断提高及适当进行一些操作调整 ,部分重影随即减轻或消退。出现重影主要与镜片中心定位、视力恢复情况及治疗前屈光程度等因素有关。观察结果表明 ,OK镜能使远视力迅速提高 ,但常可伴发其它异常视觉现象 ,影响视觉效果 ,其中重影是一常见原因。结论 :OK镜虽可提高远视力 ,但治疗过程中所存在的视觉质量问题 ,值得关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Made a preliminary analysis of ghost that appears in the eyes of patients treated with orthokeatology. Methods: 94 patients having Ortho-K treatment were observed by follow-up visits 3 to 32 weeks. The patients complaints were recorded questionairs, routine eye examination were conducted (including vision acuity at distance and near, slit lamp findings, refraction, ocular pressure, and corneal topographer). The phenomena of ghost that appeared frequently during the procedures were analized. Results: Among 94 patients (186 eyes), 145 eyes had uncorrected VA over 0.8. 56 patients(58%) were found to be suffered from ghost temporarily or persistently. The most of them had their ghost lessened or disappeared with continuing improvement of their vision and proper adjustment of lens. The appearance of ghost is mainly related to the central fixation of the lens, the extent of vision recovery and the degrees of error of refraction .The observation indicated that Ortho K lens could improve distance vision rapidly. However, it is often accompanied by other visual abnormalities, resulting in the reductive of visual effects. Ghost is one of the frequent causes. Conclusion: Though Ortho K lens can improve the distance vision, there are also problems concerning visual quality arising during the treatment. Attention should be to these problems.
