【摘要】 目的 :为寻高效、价廉、无副作用 ,能降低化疗严重消化道反应的中药。方法 :对 80例接受化疗的恶性肿瘤患者进行临床研究 ,观察复方半夏口服液的止吐效果。并进行初步的动物实验。结果 :复方半夏口服液止吐有效率为 94.6 % ,稍高于西药灭吐灵组 85 .0 % ,在食欲及预后方面亦优于灭吐灵。动物实验研究表明 ,复方半夏口服液对中枢性呕吐和外周性呕吐均有明显镇吐作用。结论 :复方半夏口服液是一镇吐效果较佳的方剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Search for a high effect,cheap and no toxic Chinese medicine to treat the severe gastrointestinal disorder induced by chemotherapy.Methods:Through the clinical reseach of 80 cases who received chemotherapy and had severe gastrointestinal disorder, the anti vomiting effect of Fufang Banxia Koufuye was observed.Results:The anti vomiting efficiency was 94 6 percent,higher than that of Metoclopramide which was 85 0 percent and better than it in improving appetite and prognosis.Animal experiments showed that Fufang Banxia Koufuye can definitely suppress vomiting induced by centre and periphery.Conclusion:Fufang Banxia Koufuye was a better anti vomiting prescription.更多还原
