【摘要】 目的 :探讨治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的有效方法。方法 :将 40例确诊为 2型糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者按中医辨证分型分为脾气虚弱型 (17例 )和胃阴不足型 (2 3例 ) ,分别给予六君子汤、麦门冬汤治疗 ,比较两者疗效。结果 :胃阴不足型与脾气虚弱型总有效率分别为 78.3%、82 .4% (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :采用中医药辨证治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫可收到满意的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effective method of treating diabetic gastroparesis (DGP).Methods:Forty patients with DGP were divided into deficiency of the stomach yin group (n=23) and insufficiency of the spleen qi group (n=17) according to TCM theory,and given Maimendong Decoction and Liu Junzi Decoction,respectively.Results:The total effective rate was 78.3% in deficiency of the stomach yin group,82.4% in insufficiency of the spleen qi group.Conclusion:The satisfactory effect of treating DGP can be obtained with TCM treatment according to syndrome differentiation.更多还原
