【摘要】 目的 :观察扶正化瘀方对胃癌术后患者转移抑制作用及对血液流变学的影响。方法 :6 8例患者随机分为化疗组 (32例 )和中西医结合组 (36例 ) ,两组均采用 FAP方案化疗 ,中西医结合组加服扶正化瘀方加减。观察两组胃癌转移复发及治疗前后血液流变学变化。结果 :中西医结合组 1年局部区域复发淋巴结转移及远处转移率明显低于单纯化疗组。与化疗组比较 ,扶正化瘀方能明显降低患者外周血血浆粘度比、全血粘度比 ,明显改善患者微循环 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :扶正化瘀方降低胃癌术后转移率 ,与改变患者血液高凝状态有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of TCM remedies of supporting body resistance and removing blood stasis on suppressing gastric cancer metastasis and improving hemorheology.Methods:68 patients after operation were divided into two groups randomly,one was chemotherapy group,using FAP chemotherapy only,another was integrated TCM WM group,using FAP chemotherapy with TCM remedies of supporting body resistance and removing blood stasis.The condition of gastric cancer metastasis and the change of hemorheology before and after treatment were observed in two groups.Results:It was found that one year later,in integrated TCM WM group the rates of local recourrence,lymphatic metastasis and distiant metastasis were obviously lower than the chemotherapy group.Compared with the chemotherapy group,the TCM remedies of supporting body resistance and removing blood stasis can distinctly decrease patients peripheral blood viscosity ratio,whole blood viscosity ratio and improve patients microcirculation(P< 0.05 ).Conclusion:It is infered that the TCM remedies of supporting body resistance and removing blood stasis decreasing the rate of gastric cancer metastasis is connected with changing patients state of high coacervation of blood.更多还原
