【摘要】 目的 :探讨猫胃螺杆菌 (Hf)对二级 Balb/ C小鼠进行实验性感染。方法 :二级 Balb/ C小鼠 16只 ,6～ 8周龄 ,先灌服三联药物混合液 (灭滴灵 2 .6 m g/ d,四环素 2 .6 mg/ d,丽珠得乐 1.2 mg/ d) ,实验组继以 Hf菌液 0 .2 5ml/次 (1× 10 5～ 6 CFU/ ml)灌服 ,隔日 1次 ,共 4次。对照组以布氏肉汤 0 .2 ml灌服 ,隔日 1次 ,共 4次。结果 :细菌学检查 ,实验组均感染了 Hf,对照组无感染 ;病理组织学检查显示 :实验组 5只小鼠出现慢性胃炎病理改变 ,而对照组则无。结论 :运用二级 Balb/ C小鼠进行试验 ,全部感染了 Hf,获得成功更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the experimental inflammation with helicobacter felis Hf on the second grand Balb/C mice.Methods:The 16 mice,aged 6~8 weeks,were fed with triple therapy first.Triple therapy is composed of metronidazole 2.6 mg/d,tetracycline 2.6 mg/d and bismuth 1.2 mg/d.And then fed the mice with Hf 0.25 ml/each time(1×10 5～6 CFU/ml) for four times,once in each two days. The control group fed the 0.2 ml Bush broth.Results:Hf were found in the 8 mice in experimental group,and in 5 of 8 cases pathophysiological changes of chronic gastritis were found. But in control group,there were no Hf and mucosa changes.Conclusion:It was successful to use second grand Balb/C mice to study the experimental inflammation with Helicobacter felis.更多还原
