高承载能力减速器散热系数的研究
Heat release coefficient study for heavy-duty reducer
【摘要】 分析了高承载能力减速器内部热源的种类和传热途径 ,建立了稳态传热学模型 ,提出了用复合平壁导热及有限元计算减速器的温度场分布和散热系数。结果表明 ,用所提出的方法计算减速器散热系数能满足工程实际需要 ,为高承载能力减速器改善散热条件和设计冷却装置提供了依据
【Abstract】 In this paper heavy duty reducer internal heat sources and transmission ways are analyzed and steady state heat transfer model is given.The temperature field and heat release coefficient are calculated using multiple plate heat conducting formula and finite element method (FEM).The study results show that temperature field of heavy duty reducer can satisfy the actual engineering using FEM and multiple plate conduction. Therefore,the work presents a foundation for modifying heat release conduction and for designing cooling installation.
