铝合金牺牲阳极微观组织的不均匀性对其腐蚀的影响
Influence of Microstructure Inhomogeneity on Corrosion of Aluminum Sacrificial Anodes
【摘要】 通过对铝合金牲牺阳极的微观组织及其腐蚀形貌的考察 ,表明合金的微观组织对其腐蚀溶解有直接关系。由于合金元素富集于晶界及弥散相造成合金组织的不均匀性 ,直接造成其腐蚀的不均匀 ,降低铝合金牺牲阳极的效率。为此熔炼铝合金阳极时必须避免这样组织的合金 ,以保证牺牲阳极的保护作用。
【Abstract】 The microstructure and corrosion of aluminum sacrificial anodes were investigated.The results show that the microstructure has directive influence on the corrosion of aluminum sacrificial anodes.Owing to the inhomogeneity of the dispersing phase and the alloy element concentrating on the crystal boundary,the uneven corrosion occured and the efficiency of aluminum sacrificial anodes was decreased.So the uneven microstructure must be avoided to ensure the protective effect.
