高温SQUID磁强计无损检测装置及其在无损检测中的应用研究
Application of High Temperature Superconducting DC SQUID Magnetometer on Nondestructive Testing
【摘要】 介绍了一种新的高TcSQUID无损检测装置和它的应用。SQUID位于金属杜瓦真空夹层中 ,既保护了SQUID ,又减小了被测物体与探头之间的距离 ,同时提高了系统的分辨率。本文利用涡流技术和该装置可以探测到板厚为 2mm的无磁多层铝锂合金板中 40mm× 4mm× 2mm的模拟缺陷 ,这远远大于常规涡流无损检测的深度。
【Abstract】 A new kind of SQUID NDT apparatus and its application were described. SQUID is positioned in the vacuum between inner and outer skin of metal dewar. This design not only prevents SQUID from vapour and contamination but also reduces the distance between SQUID probe and object while it also improves the resolution of the system. We detected a simulated flaw of 40 mm×4 mm×2 mm in the nonferromagnetic multi layers of Al Li plate with 2 mm in thickness using the apparatus and eddy current technology. The depth is much deeper than the depth detected by conventional eddy current technology.
