粗Na2WO4溶液中杂质磷的萃取色谱分离研究

【摘要】 报道了CL N1 92 3萃淋树脂对钨和磷的吸萃性能 ,研究了该树脂对高量钨溶液中微量磷的色谱分离条件。通过动、静态法试验结果表明 ,CL N1 92 3萃淋树脂在pH =7.80~ 8.32的弱碱性NaHCO3溶液中对粗Na2 WO4溶液中微量杂质磷具有很强的吸萃能力 ,动态吸萃率达 90 %以上 ,βP/WO3达 1 0 0左右 ,高纯钨的直收率约 80 % ,分离后钨溶液中磷的含量由 0 0 50~ 0 50g/L降至 0 0 1 5g/L以下 ,磷的去除率达 70 %~ 97%。

【Abstract】 The extraction behavior of tungsten and phosphorus in alkalinous solution (pH=7.50~8.32) and the conditions for separating the trace phosphorus from tungsten in impure tungstate solution by CLN1923 LEVEXTREL resin were investigated. The results of static and mobile experimental method showed that the CLN1923 LEVEXTREL resin may separate effectively the trace amounts of phosphorus from the tungsten in impure sodium tungstate solution, the mobile extraction rate of the phosphorus is above 90%. The separation coefficient is about 100. The content of phosphorus was decreased from 0.05~0.50 g/L to below 0.015 g/L. The removed rate of phosphorus may get up to 70%~97%. The above anion extracted by the CLN1923 LEVEXTREL resin may be eluted by 1% sodium carbonate solution, and the resin was renewed simultaneously.
