热处理对气雾化储氢合金微观结构及电化学性能的影响
Effects of Heat Treatment on Microstructure and ElectrochemicalPerformance of Hydrogenstorage Alloys by Gas Atomization
【摘要】 通过金相显微镜、X射线衍射分析了气体雾化方法制取的储氢合金粉末及分别经 50 0、60 0、80 0℃真空热处理后合金的微观结构 ,研究了热处理对气体雾化储氢合金微观结构及电化学性能的影响。热处理可以消除应力 ,使纳米晶长大成微晶 ,并有效地提高气雾化储氢合金的放电容量和活化性能。
【Abstract】 Hydrogenstorage alloys powder manufactured by gas atomization is vacuum heat treated at temperature of 500, 600 and 800℃ respectively. Before and after the heat treatment, the microstructure of the powder was analyzed through optical microscope and Xray analysis . Effects of heat treatment on microstructure and electrochemical performance of powder were studied. The results indicate that the heat treatment eliminates the stress, makes nanocrystalline into microcrystalline and improve effectively capacity and activity of the hydrogenstorage alloy.
