钛的微等离子体氧化
Study on Micro-Plasma Oxidation of Titanium
【摘要】 研究了TA1钛在不同体系中的微等离子体氧化特点 ,确定了对于TA1钛合适的微等离子体氧化电解液———偏铝酸钠 次磷酸盐体系。分析了在不同的电流密度及NaAlO2浓度下 ,氧化过程的特点及膜的抗点腐蚀能力。经X射线衍射分析 ,膜层主要由Al2 TiO5 和TiO2 组成。
【Abstract】 The microplasma oxidation characteristic of TA1 Ti in different electrolyte system was studied, and as the suitable electrolyte system of microplasma oxidation the hypophosphitemetaaluminate was defined. The characteristic of oxidation processes and the pitting corrosion resistance of this ceramic film were analyzed at different current density and NaAlO2 concentration. The film was found to be a mixture of Al2TiO5 and TiO2 by Xray diffraction (XRD).
