Ni3S2-FeS-Cu2S冰镍体系的表面张力
Surface Tension of the Ni3S2-FeS-Cu2S ternary Mattes
【摘要】 运用几何模型 (Kohler及Toop模型 )和通用溶液模型 (Chou模型 ) ,由Ni3S2 FeS、FeS Cu2 S和Cu2 S Ni3S2 三个二元边界体系的表面张力计算了Ni3S2 FeS Cu2 S三元系表面张力。计算结果与实验值 (实验误差为± 2 5 % )十分吻合 ,1 4 73K下Ni3S2 FeS Cu2 S冰镍体系的等表面张力曲线有较高的可信度 ,对分析研究镍的闪速熔炼和转炉吹炼过程有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Using the geometric models (Kohler and Toop model), as well as general solution model (Chou model), the surface tensions of the Ni3S2FeSCu2S ternary matte were calculated from those of the Ni3S2FeS、 FeSCu2S、 Cu2SNi3S2 pseudobinary systems. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data of which uncertainty is estimated to be ±2.5%. These reliable isosurface tension lines are necessary for the process of flash smelting and converter flowing of nickel and copper.
