催化动力学光度法测定痕量钒的研究
Catalytic Kinetic Spectrophotometric Determination ofTrace V(Ⅴ) after Separation
【摘要】 研究了在磷酸介质中柠檬酸存在下痕量V(Ⅴ) 催化溴酸钾氧化对氯偶氮氯膦的反应及反应的动力学条件, 建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量V(Ⅴ)的新方法, 该方法的检出限为4-73×10-11 g/ml, 线性范围为0-001 ~10 μg/25 ml。将该体系用于巯基葡聚糖凝胶(SDG) 分离后测定痕量V( Ⅴ) , 方法的选择性、灵敏度都很高。用于样品中痕量V( Ⅴ) 测定,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 Abstract: Trace V(Ⅴ) catalyzes the reaction of chlorophosphonazo PC citric acid and potassium bromate in phosphoric medium. The kinetics conditions was studied. A kinetic spectrophotometry method for the determination of trace V(Ⅴ) was established. The detection limit of the method is V(Ⅴ) 4.73×10 -11 g/ml. The measurement is in the range of 0.001~1.0 μg/25 ml for V(Ⅴ). The common metal ions can be separated by mercapto containing dextran gel. The method was used to determine trace V(Ⅴ) in samples with satisfactory results.
