【摘要】 目的:建立完善的大鼠肝脏内皮细胞分离培养方法。方法:采用胶原酶肝脏原位灌注消化和Percoll密度梯度离心法,分离肝脏内皮细胞,培养后行免疫化学细胞鉴定。结果:分离培养的肝脏内皮细胞经台盼蓝拒染实验,活细胞大于90%,细胞得率为(2～5)×10~6/g,细胞纯度大于90%。结论:该方法简便、实用、稳定、可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim; In order to establish methods of isolate and culture the rat hepatic endothelial cells. Methods Hepatic endothelial cells were isolated and cultured and detected by immunocellochemistry. Percoll dense detecting ball was used. Results: Hepatic endothelial cells were tested by Typan resistance tests. The living cells was more than 90% , the rate of cells was (2-5) ×106/g, the pure rate of cells was more than 90%. Conclusion: Our methods is convenient, practical, stable, and reliable.更多还原
