【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the changes of IR, activity of ATPase, lipid in patients with EH. Methods: 92 patients with EH were observed, among them 56 cases were obese, 36 cases were nonobese. On the other hand, of the 92 patients, 21 had EH I, 30 had EH II, 41 had EH III. 31 healthy people were taken as the control group. Results: The reverse of fasting plasma glucose and insulin product was used as insulin sensitivity index. The activity of ATPase in the erythrocyte membrane was measured with Vincenzi’s assays. The serum lipoprotein (2) concentration was measured with enzyme-linked imuosorbent assays (ELISA) Con clusions: IR or HIS in closely associated with the pathogenesis of EH and OEH is more serve than NOEH.更多还原
