【Abstract】 The contents of columbianetin acetate and columbianadin in roots of \%Angelica biserrata \%(Shan et Yuan) Yuan et Shan were determined by HPLC method. The results showed that the contents of columbianetin acetate and columbianadin are 0.21% and 0.72% respectively. This method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is provided a better method for the determination of two coumarins in this plants.更多还原
