维管植物的镉毒和耐性机制
CADMIUM TOXICITY AND TOLERANCE IN VASCULAR PLANTS
【摘要】 本文讨论了影响土壤中镉有效性的因素和植物对镉的吸收与转运。从植物的生长、光合作用、气孔功能、水分关系、酶活性等方面阐述了镉对维管植物的毒害机制 ;并对近年来有关维管植物通过体内镉的积累与分隔和镉结合复合物产生的镉耐性机制的研究作一综述。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the factors affecting the availability of cadmium to plant are discussed. Some aspects related to the mechanisms of cadmium toxicity to vascular plants, e.g. plant growth, photosynthesis, stomatal action, water relations, efflux of cations and enzymes activity, are reviewed. The mechanims of tolerance to cadmium in vascular plants, involving Cd accumulation and sequestration as well as Cd?binding complex, are also discussed.
