【摘要】 目的探讨口腔负压对慢性鼻炎的治疗效果及其机制。方法选择慢性鼻炎患者70例 ,应用口腔负压进行治疗 ,观察临床疗效及甲襞微循环变化。结果口腔负压治疗后 ,疗效满意 ,表现为症状、体征不同程度的缓解和消失 ,总有效率达85.72 % ,显著高于对照组 (P<0.05～0.01)。微循环障碍明显改善 ,由治疗前的中度异常恢复到大致正常 ,总积分值由4.394±1.355降低至1.864±1.254 ,而对照组各项指标无明显变化。结论口腔负压对慢性鼻炎疗效显著 ,其机制可能与改善微循环障碍有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to explore the therapeutic effect of oral negative pressure on rhinitis and its curative mechanism. Methods 70 patients with chronic rhinitis were divided into two groups: the therapeutic group and control group(each group has 35 cases). The therapeutic group was treated fifteen times by oral negative pressure(0.05±0.01mPa). The clinical effect and changes of nailfold microcirculation were observed and recorded carefully.Results After treatment, the symptoms and signs of rhnitis were relieved or disappeared with different degree. The total effective rate was 85.7% . It was satisfactory and higher than that of control group. Improvement of microcirculation disturbance with chronic rhinitis was evident, the score value of all parameters decreased obviously compared with control group and pre-treatment (P<0.05～0.01), restoring to basically normal from medium degree abnormality before treatment, the total score velue reduced to 1.864±1.254 from 4.394±1.355. Conclusions Oral negative pressure has a good curative effect on chronic rhinitis and its mechanism might relate to improvement of microcirculation disturbance.更多还原
