脑缺血再灌流后海马区cGMP变化与细胞凋亡的关系
Relation Between cGMP and Apoptosis After Recirculation Following Ischemia
【摘要】 目的观察脑缺血再灌流后海马区cGMP的变化与细胞凋亡的分布 ,探讨两者的关系。方法钳夹沙士鼠的双侧颈总动脉制造脑缺血模型 ,应用免疫荧光组织化学法及TUNEL染色分别观察前脑缺血5min再灌流1d、2d、3d、4d后海马区cGMP的变化与细胞凋亡的分布。结果脑缺血再灌流后cGMP阳性细胞主要分布在放射层、腔隙分子层 ,且多数cGMP阳性细胞是星型胶质细胞 ,CA1 区锥体细胞未见cGMP阳性细胞。细胞凋亡全部分布在CA1 区锥体细胞。结论cGMP阳性细胞可能比cGMP阴性细胞缺血耐受。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe distribution of cGMP and apoptosis in hippocampal after recirculation following ischemia. Methods Vessels occlusion and double immunofluorescent methods in gerbil hippocampal tissue slices incubated in vitro and TUNEL stain methods were used. Results cGMP positive cells were mainly in radiatum layer and molecular layer of cGMP. Most positive cells were astrocyte. cGMP negative cells and apoptosis were in CA1 pyramidal neurons. Conclusion It is possible that cGMP positive cells to ischemia tolerence is better than cGMP negative cells.
