【摘要】 目的:探讨老年胆囊结石患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的特点。方法:回顾性分析近两年行LC的72例老年胆囊结石患者的临床资料。结果:72例老年胆囊结石患者中46例(约64％)合并有不同程度糖尿病、或心和血管疾病及支气管疾患。手术时见72例中7例(9.7％)胆囊与周围组织广泛粘连,手术操作难度较大。但无1例出现LC并发症,无1例死亡,无1例中转开腹。72例均顺利出院。结论:老年人可耐受LC,且安全可靠,充分的围手术期处理、仔细的手术操作是成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the features of laparoscopic chelecystectomy (LC) for elderly patients with gallstone. Methods: We reviewed clinical data of 72 elderly patients with gallstone who received LC at our hospital during the last 2 years. Results: 72 elderly patients with gallstone were complicated by diabetes, and/or cardiovascular diseases or bronchitis. During the operations, it was found that 7 cases (9. 7%) in 72 elderly patients had severe of gallbladder to surrounding organs adhesion and it made LC difficulty to complete. But all of 72 cases were cured without any complication. Conclusion: LC is acceptable and safe for elderly patients with gallstone.
