【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]The management model of sanitation and epidemic prevention under planning economy system already was not adapted to increasing demands of sanitation and epidemic prevention.It had hindered the development of sanitation and epidemic prevention work under the market economy system.This paper described the management model,operation,compensation mechanism,function range based on the double properties of sanitation and epidemic prevention work,which in cluded administrative management and professional management. The authors appealed that it was necessary to reform the exiting rural sanitation and epidemic prevention system.A integrative management model would be beneficial to systemization,specialization,netlization and sustainable development of the sanitation and epidemic prevention.
