【摘要】 为了解医卫人员对社区家庭病床在社区卫生服务中心的功能意向，为发展社区卫生服务提供理论基础，本文采用了整群分层抽样方法，对徐州市市区二级医院卫生管理人员、家庭病床医护人员、其他科室医护人员进行了社区家庭病床社会功能意向调查。结果显示：７８．６％ 的人员认为社区家庭病床在社区卫生服务方面（如方便病人和病人家属、省钱、省力、省心、避免院内感染等）作用很大。结合三类人员的总体认知和徐州市目前的状况，如果徐州市要大力发展家庭病床，推进社区卫生服务全面开展，应在领导重视、建立完善的卫生服务网络、培养全科医学人才、出台相应的政策、规范和制度等方面加强基础工作。更多还原
