【Abstract】 A rapid,sensitive and accurate procedure for the determination of five derivatives of 2 - A mino - benzothiazole （ABT） in the polluted water by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） with Uv-detector is presented. the operating conditions were reversed-phase C₁8column, CH₃OH-H₂O （40: 60） as mobile phase with flow rate of 1. 0ml/min and detection wave-length at 225nm.
