高效液相色谱法测定污水中5种2-氨基苯骈噻唑类衍生物
Determination or Five Derivatives of 2 - Amino - benzotkiazole in the Polluted Water with Reversed - Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography
【摘要】 建立了应用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇一水作流动相, C18反相色谱柱分离, UV 225nm检测,外标法定量,同 时测定污水中5种2-氨基苯骈噻唑类化合物的新方法。其相对偏差优于±5%,变异系数为1,4%~5.5%。该方法简 便快速,准确灵敏,用于污水中测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 A rapid,sensitive and accurate procedure for the determination of five derivatives of 2 - A mino - benzothiazole (ABT) in the polluted water by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with Uv-detector is presented. the operating conditions were reversed-phase C18column, CH3OH-H2O (40: 60) as mobile phase with flow rate of 1. 0ml/min and detection wave-length at 225nm. The variable coefficients were 1. 4N 5. 5%. The method has been applied to the determination of these in the polluted water samples with satisfactory.
