【摘要】 从北京地区具有红叶及叶片侧脉失绿等综合症状的桃病株上分离到一种杆状病毒分离物 P-1,初步鉴定为一 TMV株系 ;制备抗血清微量沉淀法测定效价为 1∶ 10 2 4 ,并应用于田间样品检测 ;提纯 P- 1分离物回接毛桃实生苗后 ,在上部叶片出现脉间失绿症状 ,用 P- 1抗血清作 ELISA检测为阳性 ,肯定了 TMV对桃的侵染及致病作用更多还原

【Abstract】 P 1 virus isolate with rod particle was isolated from peach trees with red leaf disease symptom. The isolate was identical with TMV in host range,particle morphology,dsRNA and serological reaction,but induced different symptoms on Gomphrena globosa and Tetragonia expansa as compared with the common isolate of TMV. Antiserum of P 1 isolate was prepared and used to detect field samples by indirect ELISA.The back inoculated seedlings with P 1 developed vein banding symptom and showed positive reaction by ELISA test .This is the first report of TMV infection on peach in China.更多还原
