抗生素2507对蔬菜卵菌病害的防治作用及稳定性研究

【摘要】 应用防治黄瓜苗期疫病生物测定法对分离获得的 1 36 8个放线菌菌株进行初步筛选。把防治效果达 80 %以上的菌株作为初筛入选菌株 ,结果选出 1 6个菌株进入复筛 ;然后对其产生的抗生素 2 5 0 7在温室进行防治黄瓜疫病试验和田小区防治小白菜霜霉病试验。结果表明 ,抗生素 2 5 0 7在温室人工接菌情况下 ,防治黄瓜疫病的效果可达 95 %以上 ,田间小区防治小白菜霜霉病的效果达到 87 5 %。抗生素 2 5 0 7具有较好的稳定性 ,能耐酸碱和储存

【Abstract】 The efficacy of 1368 Streptomyces isolates for controlling cucumber seedling blight diseases caused by Phytophthora melons Kalsura were screened and evaluated in greenhouse. The results showed that efficacy of 16 isolates among them was higher than 80%, and the isolate 2507 was the best one with efficacy over 95% on the cucumber disease by artifical inoculation after reevaluted. The antibiotic 2507 has also satisfactory effect for controlling chinese cabbage downy mildew disease infected by Peronospora parasitica Fr with efficacy 87 5% in field test. It was stability to acid (pH=2) and alkali (pH=10), and keeping its quality.
