农药复配最佳增效配方筛选方法的探讨
STUDY ON THE SCREENING METHOD FOR OPTIMAL SYNERGETIC RATIO OF COMBINED PESTICIDES
【摘要】 复配农药增效作用的定量测定是配方筛选的重要依据。以斜纹夜蛾(Spodoptera litura)为试虫,采用Potter喷雾法测定了氯氰菊酯、喹硫磷、毒死蜱、丙硫磷、丙溴磷、灭多威、敌敌畏对斜纹夜蛾2龄幼虫的毒力。根据共毒因子法确定氯氰菊酯与喹硫磷混配为最佳配伍。根据等效线法中相加作用线的十等分点设定氯氰菊酯与喹硫磷的配比分别为1:18、1:8、3:14、1:3、1:2、3:4、7:6、2:1、9:2,由毒力测定结果计算出共毒系数,用国际通用软件包GLIM拟合共毒系数(Y)和氯氰菊酯百分含量反正弦转换值(X)之间的数学关系式Y=-93.78+21.73X-0.4315X~2。用求极值方法确定最大共毒系数为179.80,最佳配比为4:7。
【Abstract】 Quantitative bioassay of synergism of combined pesticides is a very important basis of pesticides screening. In order to get an entire procedure of ratio screening, the 2nd instar larvae of common cut worm, Spodoptera litura, were tested with Potter sprayer. The LC50S of cypermethrin, quinalphos , chlorpyrifos , prothiofos , profenofos , methomyl , dichlorvos for the tested larva were 28.41, 47.18, 43.54, 284.52, 265.07, 71.67 and 481.79 μg/ml, respectively. According to cotoxicity factor method, cypermethrin and quinalphos proved to be the optimal combination. The nine ratios, which were 1:18, 1:8, 3:14, 1:3, 1:2, 3:4, 7:6, 2:1, and 9:2 between cypermethrin and quinalphos, were determined by the evidence of ten equal-part points of additive action line in isoboles. Each ratio was bioassayed and its corresponding cotoxicity coefficient was calculated. A relationship formula Y= - 93.78 + 21.73X-0.4315X2 was fitted between cotoxicity coefficient ( Y) and value of arcsine transformation of percentage of cypermethrin with GLIM, a software package. With the method of calculating extreme value of higher mathematics it was deduced that maximum of cotoxicity coefficient was 179.80, and optimal mixture ratio was about 4:7.
