【摘要】 经田间采集、分离培养、致病性测定及回接试验等一系列鉴定程序,认定了9种蚕豆叶部病原及病害。其中尾孢轮番斑病(Cercospora zonata Winter)、灰葡孢赤斑病(Botrytis cinerea Pers.et Fr)和葡萄孢赤斑病(Botrytis fabae Sardina)为甘肃省主要流行病害,其发生特点和侵染条件基本一致,是制约甘肃春蚕豆发展的主要因素。此外,棒孢霉(Corynespora mazei Gussow)、叶点霉(Phyllosticta viciae(Lib) Cooke)侵染蚕豆在国内外均未见报道,属蚕豆新记录病害。匐柄霉(Stemphylium botryosum Wallr.)、链格孢(Alteraria alternata(Fr.)Keissler)、黄萎轮枝孢(Verticillium alboatrum Reinke)侵染蚕豆在本省尚属首次报道。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nine Leaf diseases and the pathogens were identified through isolation culture, test of pathogenicity and retro-isolation, etc. Among them, Cercospora zonata Winter, Botrytis cinerea Pers. et Fr. , and B.fabae Sardina were the main prevailing pathogens. They are the main restriction factors to development of broad bean in Gansu Province. Corynespora mazei Gussow and Phyl-losticta viciae (Lib.) Cooke were new records within China. Stemphylium botryosum Wallr., Al-temaria alternata (Fr.) Keissler and Verticillium alboatmm Reinke were new records in Gansu Province.更多还原
